Q: How do I make an inquiry or reservation?

Q: How can I check if my dates are available to rent your apartment?

A: You can check the availability calendar on the main page or on the Quote / Book page. This calendar is always up to date (unless someone is looking at the same time as you!).  


Q: What are your rates?

A: Our rates start from as low as $110.00 USD per night (plus tax). This includes car parking and WiFi. High season dates will generally be higher, for example Christmas / New Year. Get a live quote from the Quote / Book page. 


Q: What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

A: Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am.


Q. Can I get an early check-in or a late check-out?

A. To guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out, you will need to book an extra night. We may be able to provide you with an early check-in or a late check-out on a "stand-by" basis if the apartment is available. This is not confirmed until 48 hours prior to your requested date and is at a cost of $50.00 plus tax (USD). 


Q. How do I get to your apartment?

A. For shuttle services from the airport, please see our "Links" page. Prices are around $24.00 return. You can also rent a car from the airport. Our "Links" page lists a couple of rental car sites we have personally used.


Q. Is there anywhere to store my bags before my flight?

A. If you ask the person on the "Bell desk", you may be able to leave your bags with him until you leave. Make sure you leave him a tip though. (We can not guarantee this service as we are not aligned to the hotel). 

Alternatively, you may use the services of Aloha Airport Delivery and Storage. 


Q: Why do I have to pay a cleaning fee?

A: A cleaning fee is required for our cleaners to clean the room, the bathroom, wash the sheets and towels and get the room in order for our next guests. As we need to ensure the apartment is in a clean and fresh state for your stay (and the guest following), we cannot waive this fee. 


Q: Are there any other fees?

A: No there are no other fees. We do not charge a resort fee or any extra car parking fees. 


Q: How do I check-in?

A: Check-in instructions will be provided by email 2 weeks before your arrival. 


Q: Is there car parking in the building?

A: This apartment comes with a free car park. It is located on level P3 of the building. As some of the car park ramps in the building are quite narrow, we suggest you rent a car that is no bigger than a mid-size car (e.g Ford Fusion, Toyota Camry). The hotel’s usual charge for a car park is $25.00 USD per 24 hours.


Q: Is there WiFi in the room?

A: Yes, there is free WiFi in the room.


Q: Is this a non-smoking apartment?

A: Yes, there is strictly no smoking in this apartment or on the lanai. There is a smoking area outside to the right of the building by the car park exit ramp. 


Q: Is Aqua Palms Waikiki also a hotel?

A: Yes it is. Aqua Resorts is the management company and has naming rights to the hotel. They also run the hotel on-site. The building also has privately owned apartments which are not aligned to the hotel. As apartment 304 is a privately owned apartment, we can offer significant savings on your vacation/holiday accommodation costs. Hotel rates for a similar type of apartment at the Aqua Palms Waikiki start at $126.00 USD plus tax plus resort fee per night (plus any car parking fees!). 


Q: Can I use any of the hotel services?

A: The hotel does not offer any services such as housekeeping to guests of privately owned apartments. You may use the concierge desk to book tours. You also have free access to the pool, the BBQ and the fitness center on level 2. If any issues arise during your stay, please contact Desi on (740) 202-2308 or Brad on (808) 341 4192.


Q: How long has this apartment been used as a vacation rental?

A: This apartment was purchased by Martin and Cindy at the end of 2013, and after some minor renovations including the installation of a 48 inch tv, the apartment has been available to rent since March 2014. As well as our onsite cleaning / maintenance team, we personally visit Hawaii on a regular basis to ensure the apartment has everything you need! (Someone has to do it).
